We have taken the difficult decision to postpone our 2021 Annual Solaris Cancer Care Gala due to the uncertainties surrounding COVID-19 restrictions. As a not for profit in healthcare, our attendees’ safety comes first, especially given cancer patients have more compromised immune systems.
We recognise that this is the first time in our organisation’s history that such a decision has been made. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and disappointment we may have caused.
However, we are looking forward to welcoming you back into the wonderland magic when our entire WA community goes back to more normal times with all restrictions lifted. We promise you that we will reignite this important event brighter than ever.
We will be issuing full refunds for those who have paid, and you will receive an email within the next 1-3 days to confirm your refund has been issued. Please note that it will take 5-7 banking days for your funds to be deposited back into the account. We want to sincerely thank you for understanding and for standing with us through the thick of this pandemic. This year has not been easy on any of us and many of us have had to face new challenges.
We are hopeful that we will be able to welcome you back to our Gala sometime next year. Bookings will reopen upon the advice of our Board and in accordance with WA Government restrictions.
In the meantime, we encourage you to stay safe, celebrate the little things and enjoy the sunshine.
