Braving the Wilderness – Overview

In our Braving the Wilderness course, we explore how a “biopsychosocial” approach can help you live as well as possible for as long as possible. Research strongly indicates this approach allows people with a life limiting illness to experience each moment of life more fully.
Join two Julie Verley and Maureen Tan who both have extensive experience in this space.
This interactive course provides a safe place for you to freely express and explore your ideas and feelings in a supportive environment.
The course will run over 2 Wednesdays (21st and 28th October) from 9am-2pm.
