Sound and music have been used as an ancient healing practice in various cultures for centuries and is said to improve one’s physiological and psychological wellbeing while facilitating a deep sense of calm within us. 

This deeply relaxing group sound healing session provides you with a chance to wind down, let go of your worries and reconnect with your body, mind and soul. 

Using sounds and vibrations from Tibetan and crystal singing bowls and other instruments, our experienced sound healer will transport you into a meditative state, allowing you to restore peace within your body. 

The following people should consult their doctor before the first use of sound healing:

• People with carotid stenosis, cardiac pacemakers, artificial heart valves, or cardiac arrhythmias, stents, shunts or a deep brain stimulation device (DBS)

• People with epilepsy or with recent head injuries

• Pregnant women (Please Note: not suitable for those in their first trimester)

• People with PTSD, bipolar or any serious mental health conditions.
