Change is an inevitable part of life. To a large extent, how change affects us is down to how we react to it; in other words our attitude. It is said that the only constant in the world is change. Nothing stays the same forever, however for many of us change can be an unsettling time and we may feel scared, anxious or even angry. In this workshop we will look at our attitudes towards change and learn practical strategies that will enable us to better approach change in a more positive, accepting and empowering way.
