Yin Yoga

Yoga has been practised for thousands of
years to improve health and well-being.
The word ‘Yoga’ means ‘joining’ and can be
thought of as a way of balancing the body,
mind and emotions. Yoga achieves this
through postures, breathing techniques
and guided relaxation. Yoga has been
demonstrated to help reduce anxiety,
depression, fatigue and stress, and can
improve the quality of sleep in cancer patients.
