These 45-minute Mindful Movement sessions offer a gentle and restorative practice designed to support those affected by cancer—whether patients, survivors, or their loved ones. Blending yin and yang yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness, each session encourages deep relaxation, emotional balance, and physical ease. Through gentle movement, guided breath practices, and moments of gratitude, participants are invited to reconnect with their bodies and find a sense of calm amidst life’s challenges. More than just a class, these sessions foster a sense of care, connection, and community, providing a supportive space where individuals can share in healing, resilience, and the power of being present together.
