With advances in screening, early diagnosis and treatment, increasingly large numbers of people go on to live long lives after their cancer experience. There is growing recognition that many issues arise in this phase of survivorship. 

Post-treatment cancer survivors present with a range of persistent and late-onset side-effects such as lymphoedema, fatigue, pain, cognitive changes, cardiotoxicity, and psychosocial issues (e.g., cancer recurrence, body image concerns, and anxiety).
