SolarisCare Founder and Chairman, Dr David Joske has been announced as one of 13 Western Australian Finalists in the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award™.
As the 2016 Western Region Social Entrepreneur, Dr Joske will represent the state in the social category at the national presentation. Finalists from WA will join 64 entrepreneurs from across the country in October to compete for the 2016 award.
The nomination recognises Dr Joske’s pioneering role in bringing complementary therapies into the mainstream medical environment in a safe and caring manner. Through SolarisCare, David has enhanced the understanding of integrated care and the importance of physiological and psychological wellbeing.
Recognition in such a prestigious award not only acknowledges the efforts of Dr Joske, but also the dedication and commitment of our volunteers, advocates and sponsors who ensure the delivery of vital support services to cancer patients and families.
The Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award™ is the world’s most respected business award for entrepreneurs. The award recognises the contribution of people who inspire others with their vision, leadership and achievement.
