ACT is a form of psychotherapy that uses mindfulness strategies together with behavioural change strategies to help you increase your psychological flexibility. Join experienced facilitator and registered Psychologist Kirsty Wood to learn this very practical technique.

ACT Acceptance and Commitment Therapy helps increase psychological flexibility. Why get more mentally flexible? It helps us focus on committing to actions that improve and enrich our lives, while accepting what we can't control, and more effectively dealing with painful thoughts and feelings. This five hour workshop (bring your lunch) will help you learn practical techniques, clarify values and take meaningful action in your own life.
