Zoom in and join our very own Lisa Peterson for weekly Pilates Mat Session 1030am - 1130am . Session will be held via Zoom and please wear comfortable clothing that you can move/stretch in. A Yoga mat or soft flooring is required for the class. Additional props are a bonus but not essential for participation - hand weights (or 2 cans of tinned food ie baked beans as substitute), yoga block, 20cm soft ball (or small cushion as a substitute), resistance band & towel.
