Mindful Mandala

Registration is closed for this event

The term “mandala” is an ancient Sanskrit word meaning disc or circle.

In the Tibetan Buddhist tradition the mandala is used to assist in meditation. The process of making a mandala is a process of
journeying inward.
Creating mandalas can be an excellent way to focus the mind. By the process of going inward we have an opportunity to get in touch with a
deeper aspect of ourselves.
Creating mandalas can help us to relax, relieve stress and offer insight whilst maintaining a sense of inner order within the safe boundary of
the circle.
During this workshop you will be creating your own unique mandalas that reflect in some way who you are.
