This course is for those who wish to deepen their understanding of ACT and practice using ACT to lead a more fulfulling life. The course covers the six core principles of ACT and demonstrates how ACT can be used to effectively deal with stress and anxiety, as well as helping us to thrive. Join experienced facilitator and registered psychologist Kirsty Wood to learn practical techniques which will enable you to deal with negative thinking, be more present, clarify core values, overcome fear and take committed action towards a more fulfilling life.
