Introduction to ACT Workshop
ACT is a form of psychotherapy that uses mindfulness strategies together with behavioural change strategies to help you increase your psychological flexibility.

Why get more mentally flexible? It helps us to effectively deal with our negative thoughts and feelings, accept what is out of our control, and focus on committing to action that will improve and enrich our lives. Join experienced facilitator and registered Psychologist Kirsty Wood to learn practical techniques that will assist you to clarify values and take meaningful action in your own life.
