iRest has been developed by Richard Miller PhD and trialled widely including large studies with returned service people and those suffering post traumatic stress disorder. iRest is proven to decrease stress, anxiety and improve sleep, pain and quality of life.
Your guide for this 5 week course is Dael Hunter, a yoga therapist, very experienced yoga teacher and trained iRest facilitator.
