iRest is a widely studied type of meditation that allows you to weave into the felt sense of well-being in each moment. Learning this technique gives you tools you can use anywhere anytime to relax deeply, release stress, increase resilience and feel more joy and peace. Come along to discover a new way to rest deeply and connect to the peace within.


iRest has been developed by Richard Miller PhD and trialled widely including large studies with returned service people and those suffering post traumatic stress disorder. iRest is proven to decrease stress, anxiety and improve sleep, pain and quality of life.

Your guide for this 5 week course is Dael Hunter, a yoga therapist, very experienced yoga teacher and trained iRest facilitator.
